Hello, Hello, Hello, In my 39 years of being in the Highline Automobile industry I have been fortunate to represent Mercedes-Benz, Acura and Lexus. I started my customer service sales career in Savannah Ga. at Critz Mercedes-Benz / BMW. I moved to Atlanta in 1989 and worked for Atlanta Classic Cars Mercedes-Benz from 1989 to 2006. Most recently I worked for Hennessy Lexus. I am very proud and honored to be back with Mercedes-Benz at RBM of Alpharetta! It was a pleasure to work with Britt. I initially contacted RBM and then could not make my appointment. Britt followed up without being pushy and the appt was rescheduled. I had an outstanding experience at RBM of Alpharetta from start to finish! Britt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through all my options without any pressure. They worked hard to get me a great deal and went over all the details thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about my purchase. The vehicle prep staff did a fantastic job getting my car ready. It looked immaculate and ran perfectly when I picked it up, which made driving off the lot feel extra special. I am what some call a "Mercedes Girl" . I was merely considering trading a C300 for a newer model and called RBM of Alpharetta on a whim. Britt answered the phone and was so accommodating I was merely considering trading a C300 for a newer model and called RBM of Alpharetta on a whim. Britt answered the phone and was so accommodating that I made an appointment to meet him. My first pick was not a feasible answer and I left the dealership a little disappointed.. A few days later Britt called in response to an email I sent; saying that the GM may have found the solution. The GM was right and now I am driving a newer, more luxurious C300. Everyone from sales to finance were wonderful to work with and assured me that this was the right decision. Thanks to ALL More
