Hello, Hello, Hello, In my 39 years of being in the Highline Automobile industry I have been fortunate to represent Mercedes-Benz, Acura and Lexus. I started my customer service sales career in Savannah Ga. at Critz Mercedes-Benz / BMW. I moved to Atlanta in 1989 and worked for Atlanta Classic Cars Mercedes-Benz from 1989 to 2006. Most recently I worked for Hennessy Lexus. I am very proud and honored to be back with Mercedes-Benz at RBM of Alpharetta! This was by far the best car purchasing experience I’ve had. I had the pleasure of working with Britt L. Kaminsky. Mr. Kaminsky was knowledgeable about the car and showed me the many features it had to off had. I had the pleasure of working with Britt L. Kaminsky. Mr. Kaminsky was knowledgeable about the car and showed me the many features it had to offer. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Most importantly I realized I was dealing with not only a salesman, but a person who knows the car business inside and out. I made my purchase on 8/31/2024 and have received two calls from Mr. Kaminsky checking in on me and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and asking if I had any questions he could answer. If this is not the best customer service, than I’m not sure what is…. RBM of Alpharetta, You really have yourself someone who takes pride in what they do and I hope your company values his commitment and loyalty in providing great customer service to your clients. RBM you really got yourself a GEM….. And for that, I will definitely recommend RBM of Alpharetta to anyone looking for one HELLUVA car buying experience. Britt was wonderful to work with during my car buying experience. He was super knowledge, as I was new to the Mercedes brand, and really took the time to explain the difference between Mercedes and anoth experience. He was super knowledge, as I was new to the Mercedes brand, and really took the time to explain the difference between Mercedes and another luxury brand I was comparing them too. It took three tries to get it right by the dealership… Peter the GM finally personally handled my order of a new GLB 250 before passing me off to Britt to close when it came in.
