I am what some call a "Mercedes Girl" . I was merely considering trading a C300 for a newer model and called RBM of Alpharetta on a whim. Britt answered the phone and was so accommodating I was merely considering trading a C300 for a newer model and called RBM of Alpharetta on a whim. Britt answered the phone and was so accommodating that I made an appointment to meet him. My first pick was not a feasible answer and I left the dealership a little disappointed.. A few days later Britt called in response to an email I sent; saying that the GM may have found the solution. The GM was right and now I am driving a newer, more luxurious C300.
