I will never come back to this dealership. While our sales associate was great, once we got to the contract it was awful. We were there to buy the car, there was no haggling and no one had to While our sales associate was great, once we got to the contract it was awful. We were there to buy the car, there was no haggling and no one had to try to sell us on it, yet we had to wait hours after the dealership had closed for our paperwork. No other customers were there to cause the delay. It was a horrible feeling, and we could not leave as our car was traded in, and we didn’t have the keys. What could have been an easy transaction was made miserable by the team there and a potential repeat customer has been lost. More

Was greeted by Brittanie immediately with a warm welcome! Asked our names and introduced herself and complimented our VW that we drove up in. She sat us down and asked questions to get to know us better whic Asked our names and introduced herself and complimented our VW that we drove up in. She sat us down and asked questions to get to know us better which made me feel cared for. She was warm and friendly and very fun to work with! Told her what we were looking for and she found the last 2022 white Taos with black rims that I've been wanting!!!! Immediately told me we can go look at it and take it for a test drive. Fell in love and Brittanie made the process of leasing my vehicle so quick and super easy! Will continue to go to Omeara VW and work with Brittanie for my future endeavors!!!!
