My interface with this dealership was primarily through my salesperson, Brittanie. She was excellent--best car salesperson I have ever worked with. My car, a rare Golf R, was most likely not going to be a my salesperson, Brittanie. She was excellent--best car salesperson I have ever worked with. My car, a rare Golf R, was most likely not going to be available when I expressed my interest. During this time she kept me updated about possibilities, and when 3 months later it became available she immediately called me and we arranged the transaction over the telephone. When I went to the dealership to finalize the transaction, she was friendly, competent, and shared my enthusiasm for obtaining the vehicle. She's the best! More
