After dealing with another dealership's service department and their "part-changers" who were totally clueless, I decided to take my vehicle to Criswell Ford in Woodstock. These folks had actual department and their "part-changers" who were totally clueless, I decided to take my vehicle to Criswell Ford in Woodstock. These folks had actual mechanics and technicians who almost immediately diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. I was truly impressed with the whole process.
