I am very impressed by the speed at which I was taken care of. My first contact was a gentleman in sales who showed me where to pull into the service area and he was so friendly. Then I was greeted by an care of. My first contact was a gentleman in sales who showed me where to pull into the service area and he was so friendly. Then I was greeted by another friendly person, this time a lady. She also was friendly. She asked for my information and needs. After getting clarity as to why I was there, she directed me to a waiting area where I was treated to some delicious coffee while my car was being assessed. Very shortly, she returned to inform that a part was needed before they could address the issues so I rescheduled. This was a very positive experience, regardless. Looking forward to my return. More
