Exceptional Kristen Paulsen in sales was excellent to work with over the phone and in person. Best.Experience.Ever! I had never been to this dealership but needed an oil change on a Corolla I had purchased in Ohio a year ago. Wonderful service form the beginning. Before I left I had traded my Corolla in for a more Montana suitable RAV4 - Toyota Certified Used Car. The salesmen worked to keep me within my budget. The vehicle suffered a ding in the windshield before I left Billings, but was able to get it repaired the next day at the dealership with no charges. All my questions have been answered and I am always treated well. Highly recommend Lithia Toyota of Billings! More

No stress Traveled from out of the state to test drive vehicles in Billings, ended up buying a car the same day. We showed up later in the day, to test drive a model that wasn’t available where we live and the staff stayed well past closing to ensure we were happy. Never felt rushed or pressured into purchased. Our salesman was friendly, informative, laid back and made the experience an enjoyable one. The financial department was amazing as well, they worked with us to get the best deal and to explain the options available . Left the dealership feeling stress free. Would recommend Lithia and its staff to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! More
