Service and diagnosis of malfunction of EyeSight After diagnosis of the EyeSight, I was told the whole system would be replaced under warranty. The Parts necessary would be delivered and a return for After diagnosis of the EyeSight, I was told the whole system would be replaced under warranty. The Parts necessary would be delivered and a return for replacement scheduled when they arrived. Routine service was performed quickly, and I was on my way. Accused me of being a liar I brought my car in for an evaluation of defective interior parts. Upon completion of the review, I was asked of I’d like a complementary car wash. I I brought my car in for an evaluation of defective interior parts. Upon completion of the review, I was asked of I’d like a complementary car wash. I asked what type of car wash because I have a C-Quarts coating on the car I paid $500.00 to a private detailer for. I was told it was a simple hand wash with soap and water and a dressing of the tires. When the car was brought out, there was a very noticeable spray marking on the front plastic part. When I pointed it out, I was told, “it was probably there when you brought it in”. The mark was not there, and I have picture evidence that it was not. I had the car washed two days prior and took pictures of it. I am very disappointed in the staff, and insulted for having my integrity questioned. Very displeased! More

Had a great experience! On our way down south, to Kissimmee, my brakes developed a "crunchy-munchy" noise. I took it to Sport Subaru. Brittany was a delight to work with. Their technician (Kevin?) looked it over and assured me that my brakes are in fine shape and the noise is no longer there. Don't know what they did, but I'm happy! More

Wheel bearing possible wobble vibration Always have taken care of me. 10k miles 2018 STi limited. Felt what was wheel bearing going out. Brought it in and they found nothing wrong. My car was dirty from driving it to work... they washed it. Usually tell then no not to do so, since they usually miss a bunch of stuff. This time, they got almost everything. But now my hood is scratched up. And from them selling me a brand new car with scratches on it, with the manager tellin me, "Hey man, scratches happen bro. Here is is touch up paint." I am sure nothing will be done about this though. Cool. More
