My Palisade was towed in for an electrical issue and what should have been a straightforward diagnosis turned into nearly two weeks of delays, poor communication, and repeated mistakes. Constant “we’ll let you know” with no updates Calls/texts ignored or answered with the same vague status Misdiagnosed at first (told it was a loose battery terminal) Got the car back… same issue immediately Only then confirmed it was the alternator On top of that: Warranty had to be pushed by me Requested key work was forgotten (again) Vehicle returned with loose wiring left inside Management unavailable or unwilling to address concerns The biggest issue wasn’t just the repair — it was the complete lack of accountability and communication from start to finish. I expect delays happen, but this level of service is unacceptable. I’ve escalated to corporate and still received little response. Proceed with caution. More
