This is my first lease with Mike and Pinebelt Subaru and I can say that the experience was first rate. Mike was throughly knowledgeable with the ins and outs of the Subaru lineup and models. It appears that I was over charged for my car. I purchased the car about 7 weeks ago. Last week it was totaled in an accident. The insurance company valued it at $23,000. I thought they were low balling me until I started shopping for a replacement. I went to a Jeep dealer looking for the same car. They had plenty to choose from and most of them were under $23,000. You guys charged me $26,000. I traded in a 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee. You said it was $4,000 toward my purchase. . Shame on me for trusting you by not shopping around. I was under the impression that you were giving me a fair deal. You guys got me. It will NOT happen again I think in this day of social media, you guys would be concerned about how people talk about their experience. I guess you guys don’t care. Thanks for sharpening my senses. When we went to Pine Belt Subaru, we weren't sure what car would fit our needs. We were met by Iggy who was, I would consider to be both friendly and knowledgeable.
