They said the area of concern was a normal location for a “weep hole.” I had some routine maintenance done, which I count on them for keeping me on schedule with recommended timeline. Ever since I have had them doing that, the Traverse has run perfectly and is optimally maintained. I do not need to worry about anthing, since they keep track. The Service bay is very clean! More
