Corwin new car sales manager promised documents would be mailed to us. Documents have not arrived after waiting four weeks. We wanted original documents with penned signatures and we're told Corwin couldn' mailed to us. Documents have not arrived after waiting four weeks. We wanted original documents with penned signatures and we're told Corwin couldn't provide those documents. Instead they would send us a better copy than what they scanned and emailed. We wanted proof of additional coverage which was never disclosed to us when we signed the lease agreement. More

Brooke did an amazing job helping us decide on a vehicle. Her patience and knowledge were second to none. We gave her a list and she narrowed down the search rather quickly from Carfax and service reports. Her patience and knowledge were second to none. Brooke was absolutely AMAZING! We live about 4 hours from the dealership so stopping in just for a test drive wasn't an option. She took amazing photos and videos of the vehicle an We live about 4 hours from the dealership so stopping in just for a test drive wasn't an option. She took amazing photos and videos of the vehicle and did a virtual test drive for me. We flew in and she picked us up in the Durango so I could get a good test drive in on the way back to the dealership. The vehicle was perfect, closing the deal was quick, and she was so friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. More
