They had to take my transmission out and repair a leak which did not take long at all. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday at 4pm and it was ready for me to pick up Friday. Went for an oil change left with a new 2022 QX60. Our sales rep Jorge Aragon who got us into our 2020 QX50 in Dec.2019 went above and beyond to make sure we were on the same page as to what we wanted and understood everything about the vehicle since my 2019 QX60 did not have the features the 2022 has. Manuel Fuente who was there to help with paperwork with his cheerful and happy self the whole team made it all worth it in the end. I would recommend Infiniti of Ontario to anyone interested or not!
