The financial consultant Jose is a good guy. Thank you to him for that. But overall, this dealership misleads customers when selling cars. They promise one thing during the sale, but once you sign the contract and pay, they start saying something else. That's what happened to me with the wheels and rubber floor mats. They changed the 22-inch wheels after 3 days, and then I had to go back for navigation system repairs after that. And the rubber floor mats were only installed after 4 days, and then at the end they said they hadn't promised them for the trunk. Although before payment, they had promised something different. Not to mention that they promised to provide the car ready in 2 days after payment. And the manager Rizwan, I don't remember his last name, when I asked him to provide the floor mats as promised, pretended that he didn't remember anything like that. Was told my car would be looked at that day (friday) because I had an appointment. When I had heard nothing by end of day I called and was told they would not be able to look at the car until at least M because I had an appointment. When I had heard nothing by end of day I called and was told they would not be able to look at the car until at least Monday. Manager Art Wierzbicki dismissed any concern claiming that no communication was necessary and then lied about conversation with service advisor despite not being present. This dealership is not client centered and is disrespectful toward its customers. Male sales staff also video female clients/customers when they are on the property. More
