I am very dissatisfied. I drove away with the exact problem after 5 days of service. From the Chevy Dealership Service Department! I feel like they chose what was wrong, looking for the most expensive jobs, fixed it and charged me for something that I never asked for! They took advantage of the situation. I have purchased 2 vehicles 1 brand new and 1 used. I will never use the Chevy service dealership again and I encourage others not to do so. $5,000.00 later I still have the same issue. They really need to work on communicating with the customers. Not once did they call, each time we called asking about the status, no courtesy car available. It cost me Uber fees and bumming a ride for what we were told a day or two process. Again, it’s over and done, my car is still not fixed now I have to pay someone else to fix what I took to the dealership to fix, but didn’t! I thought taking back to where you purchased the car gave me a sense of they know, they’re Chevy mechanic's !! I kept saying the other places won’t know, but Chevy will!!! Don’t go anywhere else. I really wish I had. The car is older and I trusted that they were going do the right thing by their customers!!! That didn’t happen!!!! I got ripped off. I promise you, it will never happen again. Lesson learned. More
