Warranty repair I live closer to a different Honda dealer but they would not return my calls to answer my question regarding the warranty. I called Crown and did not I live closer to a different Honda dealer but they would not return my calls to answer my question regarding the warranty. I called Crown and did not have to leave a message. Brooks Falzone took my call, researched my car by the VIN, and answered my question immediately. By the way, I never took my car to Crown for service before this visit. I purchased my car previously from another dealer in another city. More

Great service in an Emergency I called the dealership with an emergency and spoke with Brooks Falzone. Brought my car in to check the whirring noise when the car was turned on and I called the dealership with an emergency and spoke with Brooks Falzone. Brought my car in to check the whirring noise when the car was turned on and to get a cap for the power steering tank that dropped when I took it off to check the fluid. I also had another concern - corrosion on the battery where it connects to the cable. A diagnostic test was done and I had other items that needed attention. Brooks was very helpful going over what needed to be done as soon as possible to have a safe running vehicle. All was taken care of and was given a list of items that will need future attention. Happy Customer! Recently purchased my 5th Honda from Crown, and had a strange little squeak that I could not really identify. Brooks took all of my information, and within short order returned to tell me the Tech had identified the problem, and had corrected it. Brooks was great, and credited the ability of the Tech! Nice to see employees working so well together. Fast, courteous and helpful! Thank you!!! And I always like to give a shout out to Ken Feck who assisted us in purchasing our latest Pilot...Thanks Ken! More
