Most car salesmen are the typical pushy, arrogant and just want your money type of attitude and Bruce is nothing like that. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the best deal and makes sure you are truly happy with the decision you make. I just signed a new lease for a new car on Monday and years later we received the same excellent service as we did before! We also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Phil Giorgio who was also extremely sweet and extremely helpful. Phil came over and introduced himself and made sure we were being well taken care of and made us feel right at home. If you are ever looking to get a Toyota do yourself a favor and see these guys. Went back and Joe A and Brad did not hesitate to get involved and fix the situation asap. They alleviated all the stress, removed the complications and handled the whole scenario quickly, professionally and to my ultimate satisfaction. My only disappointment is that I can only rate them 5 stars. This is a dealership with respect for the buyer. They understand that a new car is a huge decision & alot of money.
