Efficient I wasn’t there all day it took less than 1 hr from start to finish. I ended up needing a air filter and engine filter. Bruce in the service department had me in and out in less than 60 minutes so I could make my oil change just in time for a work meeting. Such great service every time (+free car wash). Bruce in service even knew my name I brought my 2018 Mazda CX5, which I purchased here, in for routine maintenance. The service guy Bruce greeted me immediately and even knew my name. I brought my 2018 Mazda CX5, which I purchased here, in for routine maintenance. The service guy Bruce greeted me immediately and even knew my name. He indicated about an hour and I believe I was out in about 35 to 40 minutes. My service has always been excellent. This is the dealership which I believe I can develop a long term relationship with.
