They provide a shuttle service if they work for an extended period of time on your vehicle. Bruce typically helps check me in and notifying me of anything my car needs, and Edward has provided me with the shuttle service a few times. They both are awesome. The driver received phone call from the service advisor who told me estimated price and I approved. Got home and received phone call around 11:00 that it was ready. More
