Return the tires a second time. Back again with the Goodyear tires. Again they contacted Good year about the problem. Apparently the two replacement tires were very hard to balance Back again with the Goodyear tires. Again they contacted Good year about the problem. Apparently the two replacement tires were very hard to balance but they thought they had it done. Still have the terrible vibration. Will be in next Monday to put two replacement tires on the van again. Hopefully these tires will balance like they should and the problem will be solved. Hopefully...... The first time these tires were replaced we had to pay $35.00 for having the tires removed and replaced. We will see how it goes this time. More

It took 3 calls and over a week of waiting but we finally got replacement tires. More

Bruce really came through for me.. I just wanted to say Thank you again. I bought my vehicle from Deur-Speet in April of 2018 once the weather got nicer I started using my air condition I just wanted to say Thank you again. I bought my vehicle from Deur-Speet in April of 2018 once the weather got nicer I started using my air conditioning and noticed it wasn't very cool... I took it to a local mechanic here in Big Rapids in June and he replaced a part and added Freon.. I thought it was fixed until 3 weeks later when it did the same thing. This time I took it to our local GM dealer and he told me the evaporator core needed to be replaced at the tune of $1350. I then contacted Bruce and he worked through GM trying to get me a discount on warranty services... GM didn't want to budge, but wanting to back the sale that was made in April, he gave me warranty prices so I only paid a little under $900.00 for the repair. I also received a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to rely on others. Thank you everyone at Deur-Speet I would highly recommend your service to anyone. More
