Robert was the best Sales Advisor we have ever dealt with. He was very professional and very helpful and courteous. For example, he completed the credit application with us, checked on the payoff balanc with. He was very professional and very helpful and courteous. For example, he completed the credit application with us, checked on the payoff balances on our trade-ins and finally when I had an issue with the features of the vehicle he responded right away and was able to get the problem solved quickly. I feel Robert should be promoted and he should be an example for all other Sales Advisors in your Dealership! More

Waiting to hear from the GM. It’s 10:00pm and my car hasn’t been delivered. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and now I’m being told it will not be delivered tonight. I’m stuck without a car. Ma hasn’t been delivered. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and now I’m being told it will not be delivered tonight. I’m stuck without a car. Manager Scott was NO help. Customer Service is defined on when problems arise - they failed on the delivery. No one is returning my call this evening and I’m stuck at work. Long night! More

They left the key in it overnight and ran the battery dead, said it was “just too old to charge’” and made us purchase a new one. On same visit we brought in for an oil change and they forgot to put the cap back on, which sprayed oil all over the engine compartment. Then they detailed the engine compartment and got oily fingerprints all over the interior. You would think I learned my lesson but no, I’m a glutton for punishment and came back to look at buying a car. Scheduled the test drive the day before, then an hour before coming out, get an email asking to push the appointment an hour because “he had another client”, no problem I’ll come an hour later… Get there at 2:00 (as they requested) to only be told that they have another person test driving it (though not yet as I am standing next to the car), but I can drive it when he gets back… It was so unprofessional, i couldn’t believe it. God forbid the the sales rep Robert calling us (as we only drove 40min over, to see it). Save your time and self respect and take your business to Mercedes of Wilsonville for a much better experience, you will thank me. More
