We enjoy the level of respect My wife and I have purchased close to 30 vehicles for personal or business use from Jim O'Neal Ford, starting in 1975. We enjoy the level of respect shown to us, and the clear concern for our satisfaction as customers. There is none of the BS you hear about other car dealerships with "song and dance routines" while negotiating price. Obviously with the number of vehicles and years involved we have relied on the service department. We again are treated with respect, and we are always consulted before any major work is performed. We do recommend to family and friends that they go to Jim O'Neal Ford for their car and truck purchases and service. More
