Superb Experience The lease on our 2016 F-150 was nearing its expiration. We happened to stop by The dealership one evening, just to look over the new 2018s. Our salesman, Bruce Walker, happened to be there and even though they were getting ready to close, he took time to let us know Ford had just came out with a new early termination program, and that we might qualify for it. He contacted us the next day to confirm we qualified. Although Jim O’Neal Ford didn’t have a truck on their lot in the color and with all the options we wanted, Bruce helped us locate one at a dealership in Tennessee. He contacted that dealer and arranged for it to be brought to Jim O’Neal for us. All within just a few days time, we were able to take delivery of our new truck! That kind of customer service is what keeps us (and all our family) coming back to Jim O’Neal year after year! Our 2018 F-150 is the third vehicle sold to us by Bruce Walker.
