My husband and our 9 year old daughter felt at home with all of the customer amenities they had to offer while you were looking for your perfect vehicle. We have bought new in the past from Nissan, Dodge, Ford and Chrysler, but Atlanta Classic cars has made this our new home for future Vehicles. This is my 1st Mercedes Benz and I know it will not be my last. In taking delivery he picked us up at the car rental agency and drove us to ACC and spent 2 hours going over all the new electronics of the car. Not only did I get the car that I have always said I wanted, I did it with no issues. I went in at 9:30 in the morning with an appt at 11:30, which gave Omar only an hour and half to see if we could mak wanted, I did it with no issues. In addition, I went in with a certain idea of the car I wanted, color, interior and accessories. Five days later, my beautiful car was here, and I couldnt have done it without Omar and the staff of Atlanta Classic Cars. I didnt feel uncomfortable when I walked in, and I didnt think that I would actually leave that morning knowing that I finally got the car of my dreams, and it wasnt a dream :). More

Bruce was the only saleman I contacted that responded to my request without a lot of runaround (I contacted three other dealers). - I knew exactly what car I wanted. - I didn't need to test drive. - I di my request without a lot of runaround (I contacted three other dealers). - I knew exactly what car I wanted. - I didn't need to test drive. - I didn't mind waiting for delivery. - I didn't need someone to find an existing car "close" to what I wanted. - All I wanted was to be respected and given a fair price the first time; no haggling. - I made it clear the price, whatever it was, would be confidential before and after the transaction, that is,I did not "shop" your price. Bruce was professional, efficient, personable, thorough and knowledgable. Eric was exactly the same and didn't push to sell me something I didn't want. I made the decision to buy from ACC primarily by how I was treated by Bruce. From my experience Atlanta Classic Cars runs a good shop. Gerry Hull More

Treated with absolute total disrespect during the purchase of my car. Sometimes I think to myself, why did I even bother purchasing a brand that is represented by a dealership that has treated me in purchase of my car.
