After buying two cars, it is sad and ridiculous I still am having issues with fighting for, chasing, and being lied to about where money owed to me is. I have to stay on top of what is going on constantly am having issues with fighting for, chasing, and being lied to about where money owed to me is. I have to stay on top of what is going on constantly to make sure things are going the way it should. If I do not, I am forgotten about, paperwork is lost, not processed, or just done at all. Now I am being lies and have proof in email of it. After staying a customer on the service department alone I have made the decision to move my account to Lowkey Nissan. I will miss Alex, but I am done with this headache since 2021. I gave this company a fair, fighting chance. More

On top of being knowledgeable, courteous and friendly he had great communication as well with the service technician while the work was performed. Not only are the people great at this location but it is by far the most modern and well equipped dealer I've ever seen which makes getting the work done very efficient and for a comfortable experience in their well appointed lounge.
