Once again, I was thoroughly impressed with outstanding Team at Nissan of Clearwater! That is especially true of Service Advisor Joe Bitar and Service Manager John Mendonca who thoroughly explained the scope of work to be done while also keeping me updated throughout the process giving me updates along the way. Also, Alex the Service Tech even provided me with a nice video going over work as well. While the work was performed, I also had the pleasure of speaking with Khalid Anas in Sales who answered all my questions on new models and incentives that that I will pass along to my friends and family. Also, special thanks to General Manager Bruno Pignano for always caring about customer feedback and driving his organization to excellence. Again, truly an outstanding team at this state-of-the-art facility that continues to earn this demanding customer’s business and leaves me Completely Satisfied every time reinforcing my loyalty to the Nissan brand! The reason that brought us to the dealership, was to have our 2014 Juke repaired. The cost was way more than it's value! Having it paid off was a good thing, but not having an overnight issue was more than b our 2014 Juke repaired. The cost was way more than it's value! Having it paid off was a good thing, but not having an overnight issue was more than bothersome. Branden was our first contact, from the sales team. He made my daughter very comfortable as a first time new car buyer, despite the experience of her enjoying a car that she owned that suddenly became her heart-ache. This is our fifth Nissan, and her second, but her first new one! Initially we came in looking at a 2021 Kicks. It had everything she wanted, but driving the 2024 first, helped her see what she could enjoy for a little more per month, within her budget. Thanks, Nissan of Clearwater and certainly thanks to Branden, as well as the Finance team who aggressively worked towards a reasonable monthly payment for a twenty-something, a new mom, and a daughter who is learning much about how to live on her terms! Not to forget about a proud dad who believes that a 2024 Kicks, with 16 miles on it, would be less stress on his daughter, as well as her parents. She has a dependable, fun, and safe car for her and family. Of course, we'll drop in for service on both Nissans, from time-to-time! And, maybe for another new one at some point! More

Monday the 26th I took my car to the dealer due to some problems I was having, on Thursday the 29th I went to pick up my vehicle, when I was cleaning my vehicle I realized that there was a dent in the pass problems I was having, on Thursday the 29th I went to pick up my vehicle, when I was cleaning my vehicle I realized that there was a dent in the passenger side of the lower part and they didn't tell me anything Of course it happened in the dealer took it to be inspected and they are repairing it, they lent me a very nice vehicle, the police stopped me because the license plate is expired, since I bought this vehicle the only thing I have had is problems from rust throughout the vehicle, I have taken it several occasions because of nothing the vehicle activates the collision sensor and stops the vehicle without any obstacle in front, I do not have any thrust in this dealer or employees More
