I always get excellent service. I was able to schedule quickly. When I arrived I received immediate attention. I was informed via video regarding the current condition of my car. The work that was performed was great and cost for the services was well explained and payment was efficient. Additionally the customer lounge area was very welcoming and felt very COVID safe. More

I've been receiving oil change service from Audi Auto since 2016. Customer service has been great up until my last visit on November 24th of 2020. Usually oil change service time takes no longer than 4 since 2016. Customer service has been great up until my last visit on November 24th of 2020. Usually oil change service time takes no longer than 45 min. This last time I was there for about 2 hours. Also, usually I get a "service video" of my car within halfway of service time. I finally received the video about 30 minutes after my visit at Audi. Unfortunately the video was an unclear black and white image with indistinct voices in the background (length of video: 10 seconds). One good thing happened out of this slightly stressful situation...the left burnt out taillight was replaced free of charge. The customer service associate was also very apologetic for the unusual long wait time and poor communication during my visit at Audi. More
