"14th Car in 25 years"
I just bought my 14th car, a 2018 Audi S4, from Brian Braak today. Our association dates back through 25 years for buying my Acura CL, Infiniti I30 ( 2 ), Acura TL ( 3 ), Infinity Q4, Acura MDX ( 2 ), Acura RDX, Audi S4 ( 3 ) and a used car for my mother. To be honest, 5 of these cars were for my wife. But, she made me do the work of getting the deal done while she concentrated on the important part of the transactions ( what color the car was inside and out ). Brian is technically a VW sales master. But he's sold me something from every marque sold by the dealership except VW. That says a lot about his versatility and his knowledge of the dealership's product lines. He's easy to work with, he has fun selling cars and he makes buying a car a fun experience. We've worked together long enough that he knows what I like, what I want and most importantly, what I don't want. Brian is honest, ethical and open about the process and I can't recommend him highly enough.
In this purchase I also worked with Brent Schettler, Aleksander Yanouskiy and George Meza. Brent is a man of ethics, integrity and honesty. If he says something will happen this way and this is what will be done, you can take that as fact. Good professional, good man and good to work with! Aleksandr handles the financing details and the finishing and customizing products . He has a thorough knowledge of these areas and knows how to explain the products and financial details so you can understand the products, decide what works for you and makes it all happen. And, he is the most efficient person in this area that I have ever worked with. George is not only a skilled and knowledgeable sales person, but he is great at handling the technical details like setting up Audi Connect. All these details were taken care of behind the scenes without any headache for me.
Finally I have to mention Kiera Harris as she symbolizes the reason that I continue to go back to this dealership. I could go to any of their competitors. There's not that big a difference in the cars ( except I like Audi best ) But this dealership brings something to the table that none of their competitors do. They have the best service department in Central Iowa. They get the job done, get it done right and do it the first time. They communicate well with their customers and go out of their way to make sure that the customer is happy with the outcome. It's not just that Kiera is an attractive, intelligent, hard working lady. But, she communicates well in person and on the phone, she makes sure that the job is done as promised and when promised and has great personal integrity.
And, that is the dealership secret; great people, honest people, people of integrity and people it's a pleasure to work with.
