The service I received from Audi of Des Moines was top-notch. I was kept posted as to the status of my repairs and received a video of my vehicle inspection prior to being contacted about my repairs b top-notch. Service was good, staff was courtesy, friendly, and helpful. I was given a courtesy loaner car when no shuttle was available, and they found and fixed a problem with my car (that had been previously re helpful.
