The service was good and I only had to wait about 90 minutes. Comfortable waiting area and good coffee. My issue concerns the fact that only the receptionist was wearing a mask. I feel like all young people (and most of the employees there are young) think they are immune to COVID and to some extent that may be true with only 2% of deaths in the 18 to 40 age range but people like me who have chronic lung conditions get a little frightened of people not wearing masks. More

Overall, a good experience with my 2012 A7. Two things: very disappointed that the Lithia extended warranty I purchased did not cover my problem with air conditioning; and I brought the car in at 9, but di very disappointed that the Lithia extended warranty I purchased did not cover my problem with air conditioning; and I brought the car in at 9, but did not get an estimate until after 3, making same-day repair not possible. i can understand that but think you could let customers know that the technician won’t get at your car until much later in the day. Quality of the work was excellent. Brian was courteous and helpful. And I like the video inspection report. More

Professional, thorough, and went out of their way to be helpful. I brought my A6 in for annual service and my car had 3 recalls I didn't know about. All were fixed same day and they arranged a loaner vehi helpful. I brought my A6 in for annual service and my car had 3 recalls I didn't know about.
