When I dropped the car off I was given a ride home and when I picked up the car later that afternoon the device was completed and the car promised. Good Customer Service Although this dealership is 122 miles from my home, they are really good about offering to come get my car when it needs service. However, this time Although this dealership is 122 miles from my home, they are really good about offering to come get my car when it needs service. However, this time I offered to drive my car to the dealership (a good excuse to get out of the house and go somewhere!). They gave me a new A6 Audi for a loaner, which I had for a week while my car was being repaired under warranty. Even before I got back home, Bryan Adams texted me a video clip showing the underneath side of my car and a diagnosis of the problem. They immediately ordered the part and got the car repaired as soon as the part arrived. Upon picking my car up, it was freshly washed and ready to go. More

They Brought Me My Car I live in Ames, 30+ miles from the dealership. I brought my A4 in for some bodywork, recall work, and detailing on a Friday. As the work was nearing c I live in Ames, 30+ miles from the dealership. I brought my A4 in for some bodywork, recall work, and detailing on a Friday. As the work was nearing completion, they noted it needed to dry further. I already was planning on taking the loaner down, but they called and said they advised it dry out further. And, on top of that, they offered to drive it up to me when done. Very convenient and helpful. Thanks. More
