Had to call multiple times to schedule service. Customer service rep rudely told me she tried calling me. Finally has service scheduled for my product recall and asked them to look at my AC. they said it would be $220 if the Freon needed to be replaced. They ran a diagnostic test without my knowledge then charged me $255 for a test I never approved. Then quoted me $3500 to fix the AC. More

I Made a Monday appointment on a Friday in my truck sat there for three days before they even looked at it. Isn’t the purpose of scheduling appointments to have the service done the day of the appointment there for three days before they even looked at it. Isn’t the purpose of scheduling appointments to have the service done the day of the appointment ? The work was completed satisfactorily , but the way they handled me as a customer was lousy. It made no difference to me when they told me that they had all their racks tied up and their people didn’t show up to work… I keep my appointment promises with my customers!!!! The diagnosis of my truck problems could’ve been made on Monday and I would’ve been OK with that. Instead, I had to hound them every day to get an answer. More
