Not only did he have a very un welcoming attitude when I first brought my car in. He also lacks communication skills & customer service skills. I called twice asking to speak to him. Both times left a messa first brought my car in. He also lacks communication skills & customer service skills. I called twice asking to speak to him. Both times left a message and never heard back from him. I was trying have additional repairs done to my car that would’ve been paid entirely out of pocket. Since he never got back to me, now I’m looking for a shop that would like my service. Thanks Ryan! In addition, Jordan at the front desk is a sweet heart. Kind, polite, & doesn’t lack customer service skills. More

The communication from the office was terrible. Never provided updates, was provided surveys before car was even finished. I ended up calling to see if car was ready. There was a big paint stain on Never provided updates, was provided surveys before car was even finished. I ended up calling to see if car was ready. There was a big paint stain on roof of car from workers placing something on roof, and rear driver window was not working when car returned to me. Called numerous times and NEVER received a return call to discuss my issues. Finally showed up to dealer to resolve issue since they clearly were not intending to return my phone calls. Worker handed me my keys when they fixed their mistakes and he couldn’t even be bothered to apologize for their errors and my inconvenience over past 2 weeks trying to get them to respond and resolve. I give them an F for customer service! More
