Horrible experience. They returned my vehicle with a large nail in the tire, no charge of battery and they didn’t replace the steering column parts correctly. Above And Beyond I purchased my car from Karen in May this year. I just took it in for its first service and the experience was flawless. They provided Lyft to and fro I purchased my car from Karen in May this year. I just took it in for its first service and the experience was flawless. They provided Lyft to and from my home. I was concerned that there was a rattle when I accelerated. They diagnosed and agreed to fix as it was obviously an issue dating back to when I purchased the car. I will be back in 18 months to trade in for my next BMW and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership based on the experience I have had to date. Love one stop shopping! More

Amazing Service I was having an issue with my key fobs and we originally thought it was just a battery issue, but soon found out that it was a program issue and my ca I was having an issue with my key fobs and we originally thought it was just a battery issue, but soon found out that it was a program issue and my car had to be completely re-programmed. Bryan was fantastic and said that he would get it taken care of as soon as possible and he did! I was in and out of the dealership within hours and very happy about that! Great diagnostic work So, I was driving home from a beach vacation and, about 2 miles from home I approached a traffic light, but, with my foot all the way down on the brak So, I was driving home from a beach vacation and, about 2 miles from home I approached a traffic light, but, with my foot all the way down on the brake, it was clear that my car was not stopping. And I rear-ended the car ahead of me. I had the car towed to BMW of Palm Springs, my local dealer. Because of the 4th of July holiday, they wound up keeping the car for 6 days, while several technicians, along with my service consultant, Bryan -- and the head engineer for southern California, who, fortunately was there –continued to wrestle with the problem. The brakes were fine. All other systems checked out. Many test rides later and computer checks revealed nothing. Had they failed to diagnose the problem, I would have been scared to drive my car. It turns out that my driver's side floor mat must have bunched up under the brake pedal and prevented me from stopping. I wasn't surprised, since that floor mat had been a thorn in my side for years. I had to adjust it every time I got into the car. Anyway, thanks to Bryan and his team for solving the puzzle. Very happy to have my car back and to know that it is safe to drive. Thanks, Bryan, for your diligence and determination. 5 stars, for sure. More
