No title after two months On 8/26 I bought a used Mercedes Benz from Germain Lexus. To date, I have not received title to the car. When I first contacted them a few weeks ago, On 8/26 I bought a used Mercedes Benz from Germain Lexus. To date, I have not received title to the car. When I first contacted them a few weeks ago, I learned they didn't even hold title to the vehicle. So, they sell cars that they don't own, evidently. Interesting business model, I think the Ohio State Attorney General will agree. As of now, they won't speak to me because of the 'rhetoric in my emails.' I guess now they'll get to find out how the like the rhetoric from my attorney. More

Stress free After spending far too much time shopping for, researching, and test driving cars, I came into Germain Lexus at Easton and purchased a 2014 Jeep Chero After spending far too much time shopping for, researching, and test driving cars, I came into Germain Lexus at Easton and purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Working with Shea Thompson was stress free and without pressure. He was accommodating, informational, and made what I expected to be a painful experience fun. I felt like my experience at Germain Lexus was much more transparent than other dealerships where I had shopped. It truly felt like the whole team was working with me, rather than pushing a sale. I will definitely be back. More

Great experience I am an international student at OSU and just arrived in Columbus a few days ago. At first, I thought it would not be easy for an international studen I am an international student at OSU and just arrived in Columbus a few days ago. At first, I thought it would not be easy for an international student alone dealing all the stuff. But I was wrong. I had a great purchasing experience here, with Mr.Bryan who is a very nice person and a professional salesman. He knows a lot about the car, its history, its ex-owners and everything that I concerned. Indeed, I felt very pleasant when talking with him. Finally, I had my dream car, the BMW 328 Xi Coupe. It's a beautiful car with nice price. BTW, he bought me a can of Coke while it is not offered in Germain. It's very thoughtful of him. I will definitely recommend him to my friends in the future.
