Stephanie Johns was my contact person. She promptly responded to my inquiries on-line and convinced me that I can get the right car at a right price. After making the trip to Fred Anderson, I realized what Stephanie stated is true. The Dealership and the staff are welcoming and professional. With the discount offered, the price was right. The service facilities and the deal looked impressive. The decision to buy the car at Fred Anderson was easy and I did it on my first visit. Rashanda McCants took time and patiently explained all the financial details in closing the deal. To accommodate my needs, Stephanie arranged with Bryan Harrison to facilitate picking up the car on the next day. It worked out nicely. Bryan filled in well while Stephanie was away for the holidays.
