I have been driving past Leith Toyota on Capital Blvd since I discovered Fred Anderson several years ago. The sales team and management are beyond reproach. Sometimes life throws us a bone and we get lucky and get a good deal, but when we go back the second time we end up experiencing buyers remorse; say this is definitely not the same experience I had last time. However, this has not been my experience at Fred Anderson. This past weekend I went in for my schedule free oil change and upon arrival I asked to speak with a sales agent, but the service technician said he was not sure if I would find any sales agents at 8am typically they arrive after 9am. When I got to the sales floor I was immediately greeted by Bryan Harrison and the rest was history. I could tell Bryan enjoyed his job and was possibly one of the most thorough sales agents I have ever encountered. Needless to say I was given a very aggressive offer and I went home in a new truck.. To top it off I didn’t get the filling folks typically get a few days later after the purchase. I didn’t feel like I got screwed, I did the screwing again! ? Thanks Fred Anderson Team you guys ROCK! More
