Excellent Experience Bryan's knowledge, expertise and communication helped tremendously in my purchase of a new car. He was thorough in explaining all of the features and Bryan's knowledge, expertise and communication helped tremendously in my purchase of a new car. He was thorough in explaining all of the features and how they work, as well as helping to set up the audio and GPS apps on my phone. Bryan took the time to also explain how the service center works, and to introduce me to one of the service employees (Tab) so that I can contact him whenever I need to service my vehicle. Scott was also helpful in explaining the different warranty options available for purchase, as well as what each option covers. The overall experience was excellent, and I would recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to both friends and family. More

Engaging and helpful without being too pushy compared to another dealership I went to before this one, my experience was much better and positive and engaging. They were patient and helpful with compared to another dealership I went to before this one, my experience was much better and positive and engaging. They were patient and helpful with me, especially while I asked a hundred technical and detailed questions, they took the time to help me set everything up electronically after the sale, and worked with me on pricing. The other dealer in Durham in contrast basically handed me a piece of paper with the car I wanted and the price and said “ok here you go, do you want it?” More

We love our car!!! Pretty fast compared to other times regarding paperwork. My son was very tired but he was able to work with us due to the circumstances! 😀. So far he has been the best salesman I had (bought 2 cars from this dealership so far), and also from other dealerships he has exceed my expectations, so I appreciate his time to work with us. More
