Airpark sold a vehicle to me with safety related issues that they guaranteed were already inspected for and in good working order. Their sales representative responded that they would take care of safety i that they guaranteed were already inspected for and in good working order. Their sales representative responded that they would take care of safety issues, but that is far from the truth. These issues should also have been covered under AZ lemon law 15 day/500 mile AZ implied warranty, but the dealer refused to do anything about it, even with third party inspections stating these issues are safety issues. Do not trust the dealership to perform their own inspection and always get your on before buying a vehicle through them! This dealership doesn't even touch issues when they do trade ins, hoping to pass problems onto the buyer to avoid costs themselves. They also refuse to provide phone numbers or emails to property escalate issues. Don't expect any change through escalating the issue up the chain to Rhett Ballard, general sales manager. He will dismiss your concerns and recommend you to just file a lawsuit. Great group of folks willing to sell you a vehicle with safety issues and stand behind their work. Avoid this dealership at all costs when buying used or new. More
