One complaint is the 3% fee for using a credit card. My bill was a large one and I got charged $94.64 for paying with a credit card. I would like that amount back. A very minor complaint is the minimal amenities around the courtesy breakfast coffee area.
Anyways….. one big compliment is I see an Airpark banner on the fence at Horizon High School Baseball field. I support Airpark as they support my son’s baseball team. Thank You for that!

He exhibited poor customer service skills, communicated inadequately, and even resorted to dishonesty. I found myself in a frustrating situation with a lemon car that I ultimately decided to trade in for a different model. It was clear that Shane did not possess the qualities necessary to represent these brands effectively, and I would not recommend working with him.
However, my experience took a remarkable turn thanks to two exceptional individuals: Tyler, a seasoned car salesman, and Michael from the finance department. Both of them went above and beyond to rectify the issues I faced with Shane and the lemon car. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident as they took the time to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. Tyler and Michael truly stood out as the highlights of my visit, and I believe they deserve the highest star rating and consideration for promotion. They exemplify what customer service should be and made my experience at Airpark Dodge a positive one.
The dealership itself is clean and orderly, creating a welcoming environment. The other employees I encountered were friendly and courteous, contributing to an overall pleasant atmosphere.
In summary, while my initial experience was less than satisfactory, Tyler and Michael transformed my visit into a positive experience.
