Y'all are actual rock-stars. I was attracted by their Roadster "Express Store" which promised a simple, transparent, and stress-free process. It 100% delivered. But, unlike most all-digital storefronts, this one didn't lose the benefit of the human touch. Excellent people who went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a fantastic one, even with my peculiar situation. My sales rep even drove an hour to personally pick me up, as the car I was replacing was disabled. Everyone I interacted with and observed behaved with professionalism and personality. Honestly, I just liked being there. It had the vibe of a place where the people actually loved their jobs, and were fully supported in doing so. Now, I can only vouch for those I personally met. But, I feel safe in saying that Lewisville Volkswagen is top-notch. And, I love my new Jetta! Thanks, guys! ;) More
