My experience was exemplary! My salesman, Chris Johnson was very patient and pressure free! He explained the process thoroughly, devoid of any high pressure sales tactics! Allowed my wife and i space to drive the car and make the decision on whether to purchase the car or not. When we were at a crossroads and needed more time to think, he suggested that we do just that! Now the car is in my garage, thanks to his salesmanship. The finance department was stellar as well! Excellent product knowledge, frank and early price info Chuck Malloy is a hard-working, excellent salesman with a wealth of product knowledge. Mark of a good salesman is to know your product and he knows it Chuck Malloy is a hard-working, excellent salesman with a wealth of product knowledge. Mark of a good salesman is to know your product and he knows it well. In the midst of other sales he found time to get us a look at and drive in 2 vehicles and located a third. He got the third to the lot quickly and we went over it including a good test drive. He pointed out relevant information that would have taken us time to figure out and there was little haggling on price. The finance checkout was the longest part of closing and while at first annoyed at the additional sales pitch for add-ons, they were priced right and we ended up with an extended warranty. This is a quality dealership and we will continue to use them for service as we have for 8 years with our prior Outback. Ultimately, though the purchase was based on a belief that Subaru makes a quality, durable and useful product that will be enjoyable for all our driving needs for several years to come. We hope this new one is as good as the last one. More

After buying 3 Subaru cars from here, I finally met the worst manager I have ever dealt with. Bryan Kreutz is a Low life and worst kind of car sales manager to meet. If you do not see John Malloy, turn aro worst manager I have ever dealt with. Bryan Kreutz is a Low life and worst kind of car sales manager to meet. If you do not see John Malloy, turn around. I will no longer be a customer of this location ever. Molloy is the only decent one there that is willing to work with you. Tried to buy out my lease for my parents who live in South Carolina. Bryan Kreutz jacked up the price of buying out my car from the lease by $8,000+. I could have bought the car in cash (not credit or a loan) right there but he messed up that sale! Even called Subaru in front of everyone and had Subaru /Chase read the buy out price on speaker phone that was $8k lower to prove how unaccomodating Bryan Kreutz is and how he was trying to screw me over. That manager is a thief and just turned a loyal customer of 10+ years (2006 WRX, 2015 Forrester, 2017 Forrester) into customer who will gladly take my money elsewhere and let everyone know how Bryan Kreutz tried to screw me over with his greed. More
