Dealership is as good as its employees. While Jonathan is a very friendly and accommodating guy he is not quite frank. When he told me that he would agree to the lower mark up of only $ 2, While Jonathan is a very friendly and accommodating guy he is not quite frank. When he told me that he would agree to the lower mark up of only $ 2,000.00 + accessories--- he did NOT specify that these would be EXTRA accessories that you, the dealership will install, such as the Scotch tape around the door ends and handles for a whopping $ 600.00. PLUS another security GPS system for $ 1,500.00 whereas the Sienna already has its own pretty good security system. PLUS i also have my own GPS tracking that I keep in my vehicles as well. So about this I was really disappointed. Secondly the finance manager Brian uselessly checked our Credit Score even though we told them that we are paying CASH. And while doing so it uselessly dinged our Credit Rating for nothing. More
