We've been purchasing and selling vehicles with Echopark for years, that being said, Bryan absolutely exceeded our expectations. He made the car buying process seamless and straight forward. We had a really bad experience with a different Echopark (Centennial) so we were a little hesitant to work with them again even though it was a different location (Thornton) but like I said Bryan went above and beyond for us and we will continue to go to him for all of our future car purchasing and selling needs. We bought a car at the Centennial location and ended up needing to exchange said, vehicle due to the issues we had at the Centennial location. We bought the same exact car at the Thornton location just in a different color. Bryan not only was able to get us situated with the exchange but he got us a way lower interest rate and overall monthly payment (8% interest rate difference!!) Thank you so much Bryan for helping us and getting us the best deal. More
