Overall we had a good experience, but we did feel a bit frustrated with the time it took to complete the paperwork. There were some typos on our paperwork which we pointed out. This delayed us another 30 minutes. We were initially told the process was going to take 45 minutes but it was almost 2 hours. As well, when we went to pay our down payment we were told that you do not accept personal checks. This created some stress and required transferring money between accounts to make the payment via debit card that has daily spending limits. We were told if we couldn't do that we would "have to come back Monday" which would have been VERY inconvenient as we live in Longmont and both work. We were able to complete the transaction, but I think this should have been communicated MUCH EARLIER in the process to avoid this last minute stress. We love our Escape and are happy with our purchase, however when we got it, it said it was low on washer fluid. We filled it when we got home, but it seemed to just run out and we still do not have the ability to use this feature. My guess is this is not covered under your warranty. We enjoyed working with Bryan but there were parts of our purchase that were difficult.
