My family is a Toyota family and we have been using Invergrove Toyota for years. I went in recently to inquire about a trade in on my 2018 Rav4 and not only was the salesman (Bryan) very quick and know Invergrove Toyota for years. I went in recently to inquire about a trade in on my 2018 Rav4 and not only was the salesman (Bryan) very quick and knowledgeable on current market value but he listened and helped address my questions towards the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Throughout the whole process, he kept in communication with me and updated me on the status of the vehicle being delivered and when it came time to finally get it 1/4/2022), I had the easiest time going through the purchase process, thanks to Tim. Bryan was great. When I was there he had multiple clients he was working with but I never waited more than a few minutes. He was wanna to get multiple vehicles to test drive and once I had decided on one he he was working with but I never waited more than a few minutes. He was wanna to get multiple vehicles to test drive and once I had decided on one he worked with me to get as much for my trade as possible. Couldn’t be happier with how the whole transaction went. I had to reschedule multiple times and Bryan was more than understanding. I wasn’t very familiar with the trim levels of Toyota, and hadn’t driven many but Bryan was able to answer all of my questions and explain everything so it made sense. Never felt any pressure and left with a great vehicle. More
