Bryan was great. When I was there he had multiple clients he was working with but I never waited more than a few minutes. He was wanna to get multiple vehicles to test drive and once I had decided on one he he was working with but I never waited more than a few minutes. I had to reschedule multiple times and Bryan was more than understanding. I wasn’t very familiar with the trim levels of Toyota, and hadn’t driven many but Bryan was able to answer all of my questions and explain everything so it made sense. Dishonest and terrible customer service I would not recommend doing business with Inver Grove Toyota. I recently purchased a used vehicle with Inver Grove. I specifically stated I did not I would not recommend doing business with Inver Grove Toyota. I recently purchased a used vehicle with Inver Grove. I specifically stated I did not want an ex-smokers vehicle. The salesman assured me that the vehicle I was purchasing had not belonged to a smoker. The car smelled like cleaner when I purchased it. As the detailing scent wore off, the car smelled like cigarette smoke. The customer service at the dealership was terrible when I brought the vehicle back to trade it in. Very disappointed with this business. More

Same as others The up sale items were pushed very hard! I signed a paper that I latter cancelled for "windshield protection".
