Dishonest and terrible customer service I would not recommend doing business with Inver Grove Toyota. I recently purchased a used vehicle with Inver Grove. I specifically stated I did not I would not recommend doing business with Inver Grove Toyota. I recently purchased a used vehicle with Inver Grove. I specifically stated I did not want an ex-smokers vehicle. The salesman assured me that the vehicle I was purchasing had not belonged to a smoker. The car smelled like cleaner when I purchased it. As the detailing scent wore off, the car smelled like cigarette smoke. The customer service at the dealership was terrible when I brought the vehicle back to trade it in. Very disappointed with this business. More

Same as others The up sale items were pushed very hard! I signed a paper that I latter cancelled for "windshield protection".
