Johnny and the entire team was great! I have had a bad experience buying cars and this was the complete opposite. Johnny made me feel very comfortable and listened to my questions and con I have had a bad experience buying cars and this was the complete opposite. Johnny made me feel very comfortable and listened to my questions and concerns. I appreciate how well he communicated with me throughout the entire process. He made the 4 hour drive from Houston to Fort Worth well worth my time. I have heard tons of horror stories about Dealerships being terrible. NOT HERE. The staff is always top tier. Our service experience since day 1 has been superb! I have delt with many dealerships over my being terrible. NOT HERE. The staff is always top tier. Our service experience since day 1 has been superb! I have delt with many dealerships over my years and I can 1000% say Moritz Kia of Alliance is hands down the best experience by FAR. Sales department is always friendly as well. I have spoken to the same salesman every time when inquiring about a new vehicle. I'm looking to get into an EV6 GT-line in the near future if my trade in value holds up. Ever since getting our Telluride, we have ALWAYS recommended this dealership when stopped by people asking about the Telluride. As long as this dealership remains as great as it is, I will be buying all my future vehicles from Moritz Kia of Alliance. Thank you again and hopefully ill be able to get my EV6 soon! More

TJ did a terrific job and made the process easy and painless. Gave the dealership 4 instead of 5 stars as the 2019 Ram came with only 1 fob so had to pay for second fob.
