Nice car buying experience I called on a Friday afternoon and they happen to have the Telluride I was looking for in stock. I drove over to look at it and decided to purchase i I called on a Friday afternoon and they happen to have the Telluride I was looking for in stock. I drove over to look at it and decided to purchase it. We had a little trouble agreeing on a trade in value for my existing car but in the end I got the amount I wanted. There was no pressure to purchase. Once we agreed on the deal, the paperwork went pretty quickly. We did have to wait a bit to get into the Finance office. There were 2 customers ahead of us and only 1 Finance Manager in that evening. The Finance Manager knew we had been waiting so he made the process as quick as possible with no pressure to purchase all the add ons. Overall we had a nice experience and would recommend this dealership. More
