Excellent Customer Service It was time for a new car, but I dislike the process of sellung to an individual and am not a fan if trade-ins. Unbeknownst to me, Kia will cut a chec It was time for a new car, but I dislike the process of sellung to an individual and am not a fan if trade-ins. Unbeknownst to me, Kia will cut a check for your vehicle, whether or not you buy from them. We worked with Bruce, and he made the process smooth and easy. Within 2 1/2 days of meeting him, we had check in hand. For the record, I had my Sorento for 9 years and it was the best vehicle I had owned. More
