Unbeknownst to me, Kia will cut a check for your vehicle, whether or not you buy from them. We worked with Bruce, and he made the process smooth and easy. Within 2 1/2 days of meeting him, we had check in hand. For the record, I had my Sorento for 9 years and it was the best vehicle I had owned. More

We had are own outside financing and we wanted to keep that. They understood 100% and didnt force their own lending on us. Brad Bunch was so helpful in finding the vehicle we wanted. Had it pulled out waiting for us. It was almost love at 1st site for my wife. We fell a little short where we needed to be. Almost where we where going to have to come back in a couple of weeks. Then Mr Brain Vick came to the rescue. It felt like they where more concered for our needs the the sale. (Ofcourse they want the sale) Brain gave us the final offer that had us beyond happy. We were so greatful. More then words can ever explain. These two guys maxe buying a car a great experience. This is my 3rd kia. Now I have a new dealership to call home as long as these two guys are there. More

From the moment I went inside of this establishment I knew I was in for a trip, the entire dealership is dedicated and prideful in there customer ser From the moment I went inside of this establishment I knew I was in for a trip, the entire dealership is dedicated and prideful in there customer service to their guests and to there co workers, you wouldn’t find it any where else, heck my job isn’t even as customer oriented as Kia and to be more specific Robert Grinstead was the life of that party and was a jubilant soul, I’ve never seen someone so dedicated to get a sale but to also make sure they maximize the quality of content the customer is getting and to make sure they are happy every step of the way. He worked with me to the very bare bone and not once did he seem bothered or annoyed with my outrageous requests and for that I can only thank him and his crew for being so patient with me Tony and Brian big thank you to them for making it all possible. If I were every to recommend anywhere to get a car it would be Moritz Kia in Alliance. If you don’t believe me then just go there your self and find out Thank you guys so much!
